Nourished Routes runs an Ofsted-registered After-School Club from Monday to Friday, 3:30pm–6:00pm, based at the Community Hub in the Factory Quarter (W3 7DQ), with a daily supervised pick-up from Southfield Primary School (W4 1BD).
At the heart of our After-School Club is our unique Cooking & Nutrition Curriculum.
Our Adventurers take part in regular practical cooking sessions, developing essential life skills in the kitchen while exploring age-appropriate nutrition theory. Children learn about food, where it comes from, how it supports their growing bodies and minds, and how to build a positive, confident relationship with food.

Our nutrition learning is integrated with physical movement and mental wellbeing to create a truly balanced after-school experience.
Children explore wellbeing themes including gratitude, happiness, anxiety and self-esteem, often in the context of food, nourishment and caring for ourselves. Our physical movement sessions are also woven into our curriculum, helping children explore the relationship between the food we eat, the energy we have and how movement supports our bodies and minds.
Through practical cooking, nutrition education, physical movement, active play, creative reflection and calm wellbeing activities, our Adventurers are supported to feel energised, confident, capable and emotionally secure.
