AFTER-SCHOOL CLUB information

Ofsted-Registered Cooking & Nutrition-Led After-School Club

Nourished Routes runs an Ofsted-registered After-School Club from Monday to Friday, 3:30pm – 6:00pm, based at the Community Hub in the Factory Quarter (W3 7DQ), with a daily supervised pick-up from Southfield Primary School (W4 1BD).

At the heart of Nourished Routes is hands-on cooking and nutrition education. Children learn practical life skills in the kitchen, explore where food comes from, and build a positive, confident relationship with food.

This learning is naturally intertwined with physical movement and mental wellbeing. Through active play, movement sessions, creative reflection, and calm wellbeing activities, children are supported to feel energised, confident, and emotionally secure, creating a truly balanced after-school experience.

What our Adventurers experience

  • Cooking & Nutrition Education (our core focus)
Hands-on cooking, food preparation, nutrition knowledge, and healthy habits for life

  • Physical Activity woven throughout the week
Movement, games, and fitness activities that support growing bodies and coordination

  • Mental Wellbeing & Emotional Literacy
Calm spaces, creative activities, and guided reflection to support confidence, resilience, and self-expression

Our daily session fee is £18, with discounted monthly subscriptions available for families booking 1–5 regular days per week.

Families can view availability and book sessions via our Calendar. If you have any questions, we would love to hear from you.
