For Children aged 4 - 11
Is your child a picky eater? Are you rotating the same meals each week? Then come along and find out more. In our sessions, we give your children the practical tools and knowledge to make healthy food choices whilst having lots of fun!
At Nourished Routes, we don't mind a bit of mess! Our workshops engage children through practical play, chopping, mashing, peeling and mixing ingredients whilst feeding their little minds with nutritional knowledge - and we know knowledge equals power!
Struggling to wear your little one out? Wondering where to channel their energy? Then come along and find out more. In our sessions we encourage movement and build confidence through stretching, yoga based movement and dance.
At Nourished Routes we understand that every child is different so we aim to provide workshops that offer different movement for all of our children.
Does your child struggle with self-regulation? Do you need help with building their emotional toolkit? Then come along and find out more. In our sessions, we work closely with the children to help them recognise their individual emotions and those of the people around them.
At Nourished Routes, we use a range of activities and tools including stories, arts and crafts and activity sheets to help encourage gratitude and mindfulness, as well as create empathy, and build self esteem.
